Looking for: Speaker (free), Speaker (paid) and Volunteer
Our school has started an initiative to run "World of Work" talks throughout the year and we would welcome anyone who is in a STEM career to come and discuss their career with our pupils. We normally arrange this either during lunch hour or at morning break If you are in a STEM career and can spare some time for our students please do not hesitate to get in touch. email@example.com Thank you
We would like to launch our school science week with an engaging talk or demonstration to pupils. This could be around the theme of "Innovating for the Future" or about a career in STEM - inspiring pupils and raising aspirations. We would like an engaging talk (ideally to be given remotely in current circumstances) for ages 5 - 11 or two differentiated presentations - one for younger pupils and one for older groups. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Looking for: Volunteer
We are hosting a STEM week in our school based on this years theme 'innovating for the future' in order to inspire and spark curiosity in children's minds. We'd like the children to understand the integral role that STEM plays in the world around us. We want to encourage the children to enjoy our STEM week full of activities and would like to invite a speaker to join us in engaging with the pupils to promote understanding and interest in the subthemes of space, plastic and sustainability.
