On Wednesday 21st Feb, Dr Anna Joyce of Regents University talks all things sleep: What it is, why we need it, what happens when we don’t get enough. Perhaps most pertinently for those of us who don't get enough, Anna will also explain how to get more, and better, sleep.
Anna is Assistant Professor in Psychology - specialising in developmental psychology, atypical development, and sleep - so, if anybody knows how to get better sleep it is Dr Anna Joyce.
Doors 6.30pm for a 7pm start
