Christmas: A chemistry carol

We're celebrating Christmas the only way we know how - with Chemistry! Join senior chemistry lecturer Dr Katherine Haxton to explore some of the amazing chemistry to be found in our festive celebrations. Drawing on Christmasses past, present and future, Katherine will show some exciting chemistry demonstrations and experiments. These will explain what is really going on when it snows, whats inside your Christmas meal, and the chemistry hidden inside the humble Christmas cracker.
