Join us for the 6th Leverhulme Research Centre for Forensic Science Annual Lecture. This year we are joined by Linzi Wilson-Wilde OAM, a renowned Professor of forensic science and Director of Forensic Science South Australia.
In this lecture we will ask, "How can we influence the next generation of forensic scientists to develop into the empowered and responsible leaders of the justice system?"
Professor Linzi Wilson-Wilde OAM has over 25 years’ experience in forensic science having worked on legislative reform, policy development, the investigation of high-profile murder cases, cold case reviews and a mass DNA screen.
Linzi also coordinated the DNA analysis for the disaster victim identification and criminal investigation of the Bali Bombing in October 2002. For her services, Linzi was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2003.
