The ability to judge the reliability of different sources of information is a skill that can be learned. The AccessLab project aims to improve access to and the judgement of information, through direct citizen-scientist pairings. We are looking for scientists to take part! More here:

‘Plastastics’ with the British Science Association: get involved in planning hands-on children’s activities on plastics and recycling.

The Cambridgeshire branch of the British Science Association are currently looking for volunteers to get involved with their new activity series ‘Plastastics’. This series of activities is to delivered over the upcoming year at events incl. Cottenham Festival (16th June), the Big Weekend in Cambridge (9th/10th July), Royston Arts Festival (24th September) and Big Biology Day (16th October). We are looking for volunteers to help us on the day and anyone interested in planning/design of activities
